Trevor Grant (Managing Director)
Trevor Grant is Managing Director and founding member of Select Finance Group. Trevor holds a wealth of experience in the financial services industry and has a well - established career in Ireland’s financial arena.

Throughout his career Trevor has held a number of senior positions dating back to 1996 when he co-founded and was General Manager of GMC. In 1998 Trevor moved from GMC to take up the position of Head of Home Loans, Life & Pensions in INBS, a position which he held for 2 years before moving to IFG. From 2000- 2007 Trevor was Managing Director of IFG Mortgages/ MBS & First American Title Insurance.

Trevor is an honours graduate of University College Dublin and The Dublin Institute of Technology.  He is also a QFA

Shane Connole (Sales Director)
Shane Connole began working in the mortgage industry in 1990 and has worked in all areas of the mortgage industry in each of the Lender, Intermediary and Wholesale markets. Shane started his career at Irish Permanent (Ptsb) and held various customer facing roles before being appointed the Business Development Manager for the Intermediary Centre.

Shane held the role of Sales Manager of both MCIF in Cork and IFG Group Plc in 2001 culminating in being appointed Sales Director for IFG Mortgages & MBS from 2005 to 2008.
