Our Services

We provide the following range of services;

• 1. Loan enquiry underwriting; We review an enquiry and based on our experience provide a documented note confirming the Lenders who we believe are best placed to approve the application, the reasons why, and a list of the documentation required to get the application approved.
• 2. Application packaging; Based on our experience, we compile all of the documents required by the Lender to assess the application, together with a credit memo and net sheets (which we prepare) for submission to the Lender, in order to give the application the best chance for approval.
• 3. Cheque issue management; We carry out all administrative tasks involved in bringing a case from loan offer to cheque issue.
• 4. Total application management; This incorporates all of the above carried out under our Lender agencies.

For Financial advisors options 1-3 are available individually or collectively and on an exclusive or non exclusive basis. In a non exclusive arrangement applications may be processed through the brokers own individual agencies. Option 4 is an exclusive arrangement.
